Born in Edinburgh, Stacey started playing golf from an early age. Her Grandfather being a huge inspiration, who himself was a very low handicapped player for decades, got her started and learnt to play on the links at Gullane Golf Club, East Lothian. Enjoying a good junior career, representing teams at school, club, county and division levels, and winning Championships at club and county levels, she went on to study Sports Coaching and Management at the Scottish Rural University College (formerly SAC) - Ayr. Some highlights from the past few years have included winning the Minto Ladies Open Championship (2015), Scottish Regional Medal Finals Finalist (2015, 2016) & finishing 2nd place at the 2016 Scottish Regional Grand Finals at Blairgowrie Golf Club. Along with her passion for golf, she enjoys listening to music and currently plays four musical instruments. She also enjoys watching and playing field hockey, American football, badminton and spending time with friends, and her family.
